Today I am off on a Spiral outing to the Royal Pavilion which has been organised by Chris Page. First I go to the hotel that's near the library and have my breakfast. I saw Penguins yesterday afternoon on the TV on bbc1 they are white with a black beak. They had babies underneath them.

One of the penguins had a camera. It was a model of a penguin with a camera inside. They are walking hundreds of them.

They are walking this way looking for fish. They have little ones. The adult penguins keep them warm.

The penguins are on tonight. On BBC1 at 9pm.

I like to see new things, like horses. We went to Ferring Country Centre. I stroked the horses and read their names. I don’t remember their names. But I know one is called Alfie. I would like to ride a horse some day. We also looked at the farm. They have goats, hens, turkeys and pigs. I would like to go back to the farm soon. They have lots of gates at the farm. I  went to Pontins in South Port with Spiral. Zoe and her friend Janette came too.  We went on the tram and saw the Blackpool lights.  We also saw the Blackpool lights from the minibus. We went to visit the bus depot near Hove station on 3 September. It was lovely going on the open top bus along the seafront. Some of us went upstairs but we stayed downstairs. But now I am off to the Buddhist centre to do my relaxation where I put my mat down on the floor. I like relaxing, listening to calming music that’s called 'Piano by the Sea'. It makes me dream about me being on the beach in Eastbourne or Littlehampton. Here I am off to Benidorm for 2 weeks to stay in a hotel that’s called Benilux. Special Olympics Brighton and Hove is a sports club for people with learning disabilities. It encourages people to be active. 

I do swimming and my favourite strokes are front crawl and breast stroke I have entered lots of competitions.

I won a silver medal  for a  50 metre race. 

For the competitions I have to wear a black hat. I have goggles to stop  the water  stinging my  eyes.

When I was 8 years old, our family  moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Previously, we lived in London, England. We went to Canada in 1965. We came by boat and I still remember the trip.
