This is a 4 frame strip cartoon entitled Criptarts - Episode 31. The first two frames have been joined together and contains Criptart regulars Liz, Aadil, Tom and Ben all looking at a TV screen. On the screen is a head and shoulder shot of a white man in a suit and tie talking to camera. The name 'Mike Penning MP' is shown at the bottom of the screen. The man is saying: "It’s great to be back working with Iain Duncan Smith at this crucial time delivering important welfare reforms ..." Liz asks: "Who's he then?" Tom replies: "I think he's the new Minister of State for disabled people." Ben adds: "Never heard of him!" The bottom two frames are also joined together and has the same scenario. However, this time Penning is saying: "and also to continue Esther McVey's work as the former disability Minister in supporting disabled people to live fulfilling lives." Liz points at the TV and says: "If that was McVey supporting us ..." Aadil adds: "Imagine what it would have been like if she ..." And Ben concludes: "had been working against us!"
