Time and Place by James Wear

A slightly convex translucent sphere holds a picture of a forest of slender pine trees. The trees have tall bare trunks with the foliage high above. The are growing from a floor of brown undergrowth and the background is formed by a pale sky. Between the edge of the forest and a pathway in the foreground, a wavy line of white stones spells out: place - time - location.
