But now I am off to the Buddhist centre to do my relaxation where I put my mat down on the floor. I like relaxing, listening to calming music that’s called 'Piano by the Sea'. We went to visit the bus depot near Hove station on 3 September. It was lovely going on the open top bus along the seafront. Some of us went upstairs but we stayed downstairs. We had some biscuits – custard creams and ginger nuts. We did some role play on the bus. I practiced being assertive by asking someone politely if they would give up their seat. And they did. I  went to Pontins in South Port with Spiral. Zoe and her friend Janette came too.  We went on the tram and saw the Blackpool lights.  We also saw the Blackpool lights from the minibus.
