The ICCI360 Arena is set to ‘WOW!’ audiences with a truly amazing 360° panoramic experience. There will be an exciting series of live performances, festivals, interactive events for all ages and an array of specially commissioned 360° film screenings. The immersive ICCI360 Arena will form a central element in the Maritime Mix - London 2012 Cultural Olympiad by the Sea programme.
The ICCI360 Arena offers a unique opportunity to present and celebrate a diverse range of creative and cultural activities, providing a dynamic high technology multimedia exhibition environment to bring together local communities, Olympic followers and Weymouth holiday makers. The arena is extremely versatile allowing a vast assortment of performances to be shown and experiences to be made. The ICCI360 Arena programme has something for everyone; stunning live music and dance performances, film presentations, high resolution photography, digital and film animations, interactive gaming, children and young people’s activities, as well as illustrated talks and lectures.
ICCI draws together a wealth of 360° images, video and animations from regional, national and international artists and film makers for presentation. We are working with new, young and emerging artists as well as established practitioners of film, games and animation and other creative organisations to develop new performances that will be presented in Weymouth during July, August & September 2012.
